Sony PS3 users web site is quite appalling but they do offer a basic and ugly website (which is down half of the time and leaks your info via various security holes). A funny thing is that the image which they produce is out of sync with data on the website, which is out of sync with the data of the PS3 itself. Sony really sucks at software.
